The news brand has appointed Sam Hyde and Mark Burborough as commercial creative director and head of digital trading respectively
Hyde’s new role comes as a result of having worked more closely with every department in the business over the past 18 months. It also highlights the ambitions the news brand has for design as a key influential part of the Evening Standard’s in-house creative content agency Studio 27.
Meanwhile, Burborough’s leadership on the creation of digital opportunities to meet agency needs and his curiosity around how the Evening Standard can expand on this across all its customers has contributed to his new role as head of digital trading.
