AXA teams up with News UK & Sky

The branded content activity includes four long-form Sunday Times articles and three documentaries aired by Sky, which will feature presenter Sue Perkins.

The campaign, which sets out to highlight AXA's role in developing new technology, will also see the brand featured on Eamonn Holmes' drivetime show on talkRADIO.

Sky Media and News UK's Bridge Studio have beeb tasked with producing short and long-form executions across TV, print and radio.

The first of the three short documentaries launched this week. Featuring Perkins, it explore the impact of driverless cars. The second instalment will follow in January and highlight AXA's support for healthcare technology innovators, with the third coming in April to promote the brand's Health Tech & You Awards recognising "health innovators".

Alongside this, The Sunday Times Magazine will publish four long-form articles later this month and into November. The deal was brokered by Havas Media.

Karen Robson, head of marketing communications at AXA UK, said: "The work we do at AXA is about much more than insurance, and our role in the development of driverless cars, our work with researchers across the world and our support of health technology innovators underlines this. We want to discuss our efforts in the public forum and this partnership allows us to do just that."
