The Telegraph invests millions in its journalism

The news brand will create 60 jobs in the first half of this year.

At the end of last month, The Telegraph announced that it was on track to reach its 10-1-23 strategy to reach 10 million registrants and 1 million subscribers to sign up to the news brand by 2023.

With subscriptions across both print and digital close to the 600,000 mark – up 16,231 net new subscriptions last month - the news brand has revealed that its subscription strategy is paying off.

As a result, 60 jobs will be announced throughout quarter two of this year. This will include a new innovations team, plus roles such as homepage producer, social media editor, newsletter editor, community editorial assistant and many more.
