Summary:

  • The partnership seeks to offer advice and provide a networking facility for SMEs
  • Starting in October 2013 with a four-page supplement in The Times, the partnership will maintain a presence in print with 10 eight-page supplements to be released over the next 15 months. Editorial contributions come from a number of business experts including James Cann of Dragon's Den fame and a range of business writers at The Times
  • An online 'SME Hub' hosts case studies, blogs, video content, online polls and live Q&A's
  • Live events include the The Times' inaugural SME Summit, which includes keynote speeches from James Cann and Shaa Wasmund, the founder business support service Smarta, as well as a panel discussion on the issues effecting small businesses

We hope that through this partnership we can create a community in which businesses can share experiences and learn from one another while also gaining access to a wealth of information and contacts to help inspire business confidence and innovation, and ultimately fuel UK economic growth.
