Newsworks partners with Media360

Newsworks is an association partner of the annual Haymarket event, which this year includes the Guardian's CEO David Pemsel and CRO Hamish Nicklin on its speaker line-up.

Taking to the stage for 'The Media 360 big interview' with Campaign's editor Claire Beale, Pemsel will be addressing the challenge of transforming a UK newspaper into a global digital brand against the backdrop of a constantly changing media landscape.

In a later session, Nicklin will be joining a panel debate to discuss how media owners are evolving in a digital era, alongside ITV's Kelly Williams, Exterion Media's Dave King and The Week's David Weeks.

"We're very pleased to be partnering with Haymarket for this year's Media360" said Vanessa Clifford, Newsworks' CEO. "With so many important issues dominating the news cycle at the moment, from ad context and viewability to fake news and echo chambers, there couldn't be a better time to come together and address these matters."

Hosted at The Grand in Brighton, the event's theme this year is 'Transform and Unite' with Campaign's head of media Gideon Spanier elaborating: "Media is facing one of the most exhilarating, challenging and turbulent periods in living memory and that is why the theme of this year's Media360 is 'Transform and Unite'."
